Hey all!
So I feel like the only way I can TRULY prepare for this summer is to finally tone my body and lose those last pesky pounds! Right now I am at 165. Ugh. No Bueno. My motivation? In late July, me and my family are heading to Gulf Shores for a big family vacay. Swimsuit season. Yuck. BUT I will be prepared for this summer! By the time we leave, I want to be at least 145. That is my goal. If I go lower, YAY. I am done feeling sorry for myself about being stuck where I am. The only way that I will be able to keep myself on track is to write about it.. so here ya go. For anyone out there reading it. This is my journey to a new and healthier me. I am prepared to take it head on :)
